Pere Returns To World Superstock 1000 Championship

Pere makes his return to the World Superstock 1000 Championships as of the upcoming Aragon race – round 4 of this season, replacing Niccolo Canepa. Not only is he back, but he’s also back with the Italian Team Goeleven with whom he raced both in 2009 and 2010.

Pere will be riding the new Kawasaki ZX10-R in the championship, and the team have issued a statement confirming his return as well as affirming their hopes and aspirations for the season, saying that Pere gave them great satisfaction racing KTM bikes for them in 2009 and 2010, and that they will be giving him maximum support and resources to ensure he is competitive.

We think it’s great to see him reunited with Team Goeleven and we wish Pere – and the team – the very best for the remainder of the season.
